Hewitt, a native of Canada, formed a company that would provide quality candidates at fees considerably less than those charged by most retained search firms.

Her philosophy is that a “boutique” firm can do search work with a personal touch that exceeds that of larger firms, charge a more reasonable rate and still have a profitable business.
