The Ability Battery is an objective test with over 19 work samples designed to measure single natural abilities as opposed to learned skills. These tests define how "naturally" the underlying aptitude comes to each of us. Written feedbackYou receive a 30-page written report defining your results. As an Affiliate of The Highlands Company, we provide you with a two-hour private feedback session to discuss your abilities as they relate to your career, schooling and life. We assist you in relating your ability profile to your career definitions, life plan and potential educational decisions. This process is the foundation for developing a long-term career strategy.
